About Jambu
Jambu (or Syzygium malaccense) is a crisp, juicy, and mildly sweet tropical fruit native to Southeast Asia. Often called a Rose Apple or water apple, it has a bell-like shape with smooth, waxy skin that ranges from pale pink to dark red. The flesh is white, hydrating, and often compared to a mix of apple and pear in texture.
